Senior AI Governance Architect

Job Summary

To drive AI and agent governance for enterprise clients, the full-time Senior AI Governance Architect will design and implement governance frameworks across Microsoft platforms, focusing on the Copilot Studio and Agent Builder lifecycle, while working remotely within the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and agent governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and a prioritized roadmap
• Oversee data governance initiatives in Microsoft Purview, ensuring data readiness for AI and compliance with regulatory expectations
• Serve as the governance lead on multi-pillar engagements, producing client deliverables such as governance frameworks and policy templates

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience, with 4+ years in governance or architecture on Microsoft platforms
• Proven depth in AI and agent governance, including familiarity with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong hands-on experience in data governance with Microsoft Purview and Power Platform governance
• Solid grounding in identity and security, including Entra ID and RBAC
• Executive-grade communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders effectively
