Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To design and deliver production agentic AI systems for an enterprise client, the full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will build autonomous agents on the client's existing enterprise AI stack, utilizing Glean and OpenAI / GPT Enterprise, while working remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver production agentic AI systems, owning agents from design through production, monitoring, and iteration
• Utilize Glean and OpenAI / GPT Enterprise to build and maintain reliable, secure, and maintainable agents at enterprise scale
• Approach agent development as production software, focusing on triggers, retrieval, reasoning steps, and observability

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building with LLMs in production systems
• Hands-on experience designing agentic workflows, including retrieval-augmented generation and multi-step orchestration
• Deep practical experience with the OpenAI API and GPT Enterprise, including model selection and prompt engineering
• Direct, hands-on production experience with the Glean platform, including Agent Builder and permission-aware retrieval
• Working knowledge of enterprise search and RAG architecture on Glean
