Senior AI/ML Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the Agentic AI workstream, the contracted Senior AI/ML Consultant will leverage over 10 years of technology delivery experience, including 5 years in AI/ML programs, to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions for automating healthcare claims processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the AI/ML solution roadmap for end-to-end claims automation, aligning with customer transformation goals
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Architect the AI/ML pipeline and oversee model development, training, validation, and deployment across the claims lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in technology delivery with at least 5 years leading AI/ML programs at an enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in AI/ML engineering and healthcare domain knowledge
- Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore and supporting services
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions
- Strong program leadership skills with a focus on driving transformation at scale
