Senior AI-ML Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer to architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered AI solutions for complex production use cases, working remotely and leading the design of autonomous multi-agent systems and advanced prompt engineering architectures.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy multi-agent coordination frameworks to solve complex business workflows
• Design and optimize enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and manage vector databases for high-dimensional embedding retrieval
• Establish evaluation frameworks and collaborate on system design to serve agentic workflows via modern backend interfaces

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software/machine learning engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI and LLM applications
• Advanced proficiency in Python and strong foundations in programming and computer science
• Deep hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs, transformer architectures, and classical NLP techniques
• Proven experience using agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI
• Strong knowledge of RAG, indexing, embedding generation, and vector databases
