Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Building agentic experiences on an enterprise AI platform, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on responsible AI usage
• Build end-to-end agentic experiences, managing tool design, context management, and failure handling
• Implement systematic evaluation harnesses for agent behavior and integrate testing frameworks for LLM/agent performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent software/AI engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, APIs, and service integration
• 2+ years of hands-on production experience with code-first agent frameworks
• 1+ years of experience designing or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or tools
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants as part of daily development workflows
