Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance model performance and optimize deployment, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will fine-tune Small Language Models, particularly Alibaba Qwen models, and improve real-time audio intelligence pipelines in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize Small Language Models for domain-specific applications
• Improve model performance metrics, including accuracy, latency, and throughput
• Develop and optimize real-time audio intelligence pipelines for low-latency processing

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and fine-tuning techniques like LoRA and QLoRA
• Practical experience with vLLM or SGLang for model inference
• Deep understanding of GPU utilization and memory optimization
• Proficient in Python programming and ML engineering
• Experience with real-time audio AI or optimizing models for low-latency production environments is preferred
