Senior AI/ML Scientist

Job Summary

Driving advancements in AI capabilities, the full-time remote Senior AI/ML Scientist will own the development of agents and agentic features, lead model selection and validation, and design rigorous experimentation to measure the impact of AI features on customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end agent and agentic feature development, defining requirements and success metrics while collaborating with engineering, design, and product management teams
• Lead model selection, development, and validation, rigorously assessing model performance and making informed adoption decisions
• Design and conduct rigorous experimentation to measure the real impact of AI features on customer experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of applied AI/ML experience with a focus on evaluation, measurement, and quality of AI/ML or LLM systems
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks and establishing reliability for ML or LLM/agentic systems
• Strong judgment in model selection and validation, with the ability to assess and compare different models
• Proficiency in rigorous experimentation and statistical methods, including A/B testing and measurement design
• Foundational knowledge of ML and modeling (Python, common ML frameworks) and comfort with large datasets (SQL)
