Senior AI/ML Scientist

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior AI/ML Scientist will develop advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques, collaborate with teams on compliance and research, and create robust data pipelines, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop advanced statistical and predictive models to enhance healthcare and digital experiences
• Collaborate with the Responsible Use of AI team to ensure compliance with company standards
• Research and evaluate innovative approaches for Agentic AI solutions and document findings

Required qualifications:

• PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of AI/ML experience, particularly with LLM and NLP
• Proficiency in AI/ML engineering development using Python
• Expertise in Large Language Modeling and Transformer Architectures
• Experience with LLM frameworks and NLP techniques such as text embedding and classification
