Senior AI Platform Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on driving the adoption of AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Platform Specialist Solution Architect will provide expert technical sales support, facilitate customer workshops, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve challenges to promote Red Hat AI within customer accounts
• Design and execute AI systems, including data and ML pipelines, in collaboration with customers
• Facilitate pre and post-sales activities, including technical deep dives and proofs of concept

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Proven experience in configuring and optimizing AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes
• Practical experience in machine learning use case development and statistical programming (e.g., Python)
• Experience with CI/CD solutions in MLOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Strong public speaking skills and executive presence
