Job Summary
Owning the analytics for a full-stack product team, the full-time Senior AI Product Analyst will analyze production behavior of AI and automation workflows, investigate quality issues, and design evaluations for AI quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full product analytics stack for both AI-powered and conventional product features, including experiment design and post-release impact assessment
- Analyze production behavior of AI and automation workflows across clinical and operational journeys, identifying failures and areas for improvement
- Build monitoring dashboards for AI health and operational metrics, measuring the business impact of automation initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Operational Analytics, or Data Analytics within complex production systems
- Understanding of AI, ML, and LLM systems
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI output and designing evaluation frameworks
- Strong background in product and operational analytics, with proficiency in SQL and Python
- Fluent in Russian and English at B2 level or higher
