Senior AI Product Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing AI-driven marketplace, the full-time Senior AI Product Engineer will build and enhance AI systems to improve lead quality, automate workflows, and extract intelligence from data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Discover and define high-value product and operational problems, establishing success criteria before coding
- Design and implement customer-facing AI features and internal automations across various operational areas
- Build reliable event-driven automation and create evaluation datasets to measure system performance and impact
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building and shipping production software end-to-end, preferably in a SaaS or marketplace environment
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with solid backend fundamentals including APIs and databases
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered functionality and production automation techniques
- Daily fluency with AI coding agents and a strong understanding of evaluation metrics and production failures
- Fluent in English (C1+) to effectively communicate with US-based stakeholders and users
