Job Summary
Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Senior Applied AI Product Engineer will design and implement AI-powered features remotely, utilizing Claude Code to enhance patient engagement, care coordination, and claims management.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered features to improve operational efficiency and patient engagement
- Utilize Claude Code and related tools to build, test, and maintain full-stack software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, user-focused solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack application development
- Demonstrated proficiency using Claude Code for developing functional software products
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into applications through APIs and generative AI workflows
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability
