Senior AI Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning one of the strategic AI product areas, the full-time Senior AI Product Manager will lead a cross-functional team to develop and enhance an AI Receptionist product that improves patient interactions and operational efficiency in healthcare, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the AI product area across multiple communication channels
- Continuously improve AI product quality through experimentation, evaluation, and iterative development
- Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while ensuring patient safety and quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2+ years as an AI Product Manager delivering AI/ML-powered products
- Hands-on experience managing AI Agents as customer-facing products, including product discovery and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of modern AI Agent systems and experience in an experimentation-driven product environment
- Professional proficiency in both Russian and English, with experience communicating with native English speakers
- Ability to work with significant CET/CEST overlapping hours
