Senior AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the enterprise context layer for AI agents, the full-time Senior AI Product Manager (Context Engineering) will manage high-value context initiatives, oversee semantic object roadmaps, and establish enterprise standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global leaders to prioritize context initiatives and sequence workflows based on business impact and agent demand
• Define and manage the semantic object roadmap for core enterprise entities, ensuring data accuracy and governance
• Design production-ready context packs for operational workflows, collaborating with agent teams to optimize context consumption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Senior-level Product Management experience with data platforms or enterprise search/retrieval systems
• Deep understanding of applied generative AI and agentic systems, including metadata management and context assembly
• Strong experience with structured enterprise data and natural-language querying over relational models
• Proven track record in designing evaluation harnesses and quantitative quality gates for AI systems
