Senior AI Program Manager

Job Summary

Building the AI program-management function from the ground up, the full-time Senior AI Program Manager will establish standards and frameworks, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI program-management function, including governance, portfolio reporting, and decision tracking
• Translate strategic objectives into clear charters and actionable plans for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams
• Drive delivery of AI programs, coordinating with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program, product, or portfolio management with a focus on complex technology initiatives
• Proven track record in delivering AI, data, or enterprise software projects, with direct experience in generative AI preferred
• Experience in building or enhancing program-management practices or PMOs
• Strong understanding of technical elements such as data, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
