Senior AI Researcher

Job Summary

Driving original research on offensive security agents, the full-time Senior AI Researcher will advance core models, design experiments, and translate research into production while collaborating with a small AI engineering team in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct original research on reasoning, planning, and autonomous operation of offensive security agents
• Advance Dagger's post-training pipeline and extend Javelin's co-evolutionary self-training architecture
• Design and execute end-to-end experiments, building internal evaluation harnesses to measure capability rigorously

Required qualifications

• Published original ML research output or significant contributions to production systems
• Hands-on experience with language models at the 7B+ parameter scale, including data, training, and evaluation
• Direct experience with reinforcement learning from verifier signals or supervised fine-tuning
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with experience in distributed training at multi-GPU scale
• Ability to design evaluations that accurately measure real capability
