Senior AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Offensive AI Security Engineer will leverage AI to conduct vulnerability research across products and services, focusing on high-impact issues and complex attack paths while collaborating with Security Assurance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI to identify and analyze vulnerabilities across Zoom's products and infrastructure
• Guide investigations using threat analysis and system behavior to choose targets effectively
• Develop custom tools and models to enhance the research lifecycle and improve AI-driven research reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in vulnerability research, offensive security, or penetration testing
• Experience with frontier and open-weight models in offensive workflows
• Deep technical expertise in security domains such as web applications, cloud infrastructure, or operating systems
• Strong programming skills for building research tooling and writing proofs of concept
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
