Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of an enterprise AI platform, the full-time Senior AI Software Engineer will manage features and services from design through production, collaborating with engineers and business specialists to enhance AI capabilities, backend services, and user interfaces, while working on Kubernetes workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Own features and services through production, clarifying requirements and implementing changes across AI, backend, data, and UI components
• Build and evaluate AI workflows, integrating language models and enterprise tools while assessing quality and performance
• Review and improve implementation quality by analyzing human-written and AI-generated code for correctness and maintainability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of substantial features or services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deploying and troubleshooting containerized applications
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with the ability to contribute across services and web applications
• Practical experience integrating large language models into applications and using AI-assisted development tools
