Senior AI Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of PlacerX, the fully remote Senior AI Software Engineer will design and implement AI agents, automation, and integration systems that enhance productivity across the organization, while collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and usage of AI tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and orchestrate AI agents to automate multi-step workflows across various functions
- Design and deploy MCP servers for secure access to systems and data, facilitating autonomous work
- Manage integration requests and prioritize tasks to optimize engineering resources and support internal teams
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience
- Prior experience with MCP servers, LLM tools, or AI agent frameworks
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and credential management
- Experience building and deploying services to Kubernetes or similar container infrastructure
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar data warehousing tools is a plus
