Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior AI Software Engineer, this remote position will design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI systems, focusing on autonomous architectures and integrating enterprise tools while ensuring reliability and observability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous agent systems and stateful orchestration pipelines in Python
- Connect autonomous agents securely to enterprise tools, databases, and APIs while building robust retrieval pipelines
- Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to monitor agent behavior and ensure deterministic outputs in production
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level Python skills with experience in building scalable, asynchronous, production-grade systems
- Direct experience with agentic frameworks and productionizing agentic AI systems
- Strong understanding of LLM tooling, structured outputs, and multi-step reasoning
- Hands-on experience with vector search engines and advanced memory retrieval patterns
- Practical experience implementing safety guardrails and evaluating agent performance
