Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior AI Software Engineer will identify AI opportunities, build and deploy production agents, and enhance AI fluency across various business teams while collaborating closely with stakeholders in Health & Benefits, Retirement & Wealth, and other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Embed with business teams to identify repetitive and automatable tasks, translating needs into solution statements and success criteria
- Build working prototypes and production agents on approved enterprise platforms, ensuring compliance with AI governance and reporting ROI post-deployment
- Run enablement sessions to enhance AI understanding and capabilities among business teams while documenting processes and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 3-6 years of software engineering experience with a focus on production systems
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI solutions, including assistants and workflow automation
- Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
