Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance AI-driven operations, the full-time Senior AI Solutions Engineer will design, build, and maintain LLM-powered applications and services, ensuring seamless integration with internal data systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate LLM-powered applications and services over catalog, sales, and operational data
• Stand up and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations for reliable AI model connections
• Own services end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring in an AWS/Databricks environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building and shipping production-quality software with machine learning or AI systems
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in computer science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Databricks) and model APIs (Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI)
• Demonstrated fluency with the current LLM stack, including retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering
• Strong Python engineering skills with experience in version control, testing, and CI
