Senior AI Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and building AI-enabled applications and workflows, the full-time Senior AI Solutions Engineer will work collaboratively with business and technical teams to identify needs, develop secure solutions, and advance prototypes into production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess organizational needs that could benefit from AI, translating them into functional requirements and practical solution designs
- Design, build, test, deploy, document, and maintain AI-enabled applications, integrations, and workflows while collaborating on complex designs
- Develop and test prototypes, advancing successful concepts into secure, supported production solutions with appropriate peer and senior reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in developing applications, integrations, or automated workflows using generative AI tools and APIs
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as JavaScript, Python, C#, or PowerShell
- Experience with prompt development and evaluating AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, and security
- Working knowledge of application security, testing, and deployment practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise technologies and integrating business systems is preferred
