Senior AI Systems Engineer

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Responsible AI Systems Engineer will drive cross-functional Responsible AI initiatives, translating governance requirements into scalable operating models and implementing automated tooling and workflows, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional Responsible AI initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk management
• Translate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements into repeatable workflows and technical implementation plans
• Support the design and continuous improvement of workflows and automated processes that operationalize Responsible AI principles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, developer operations, or technical program management, with a focus on technical programs or automation
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across various governance functions
• Experience translating business, legal, and compliance requirements into operational processes and scalable workflows
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language is a plus
