Job Summary
To support the development of an AI-driven marketing platform, the full-time Senior AI Systems Engineer will design and implement robust backend systems, focusing on service architecture, event-driven workflows, and API design while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Python services for the AI marketing platform
- Own backend system design, including service boundaries, data models, and event flows
- Architect serverless and event-driven workflows on AWS, ensuring scalability and observability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production-grade backend systems
- Strong proficiency in Python, including async programming and modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB
- Deep understanding of API design and real-time protocols: REST, SSE, and WebSockets
