Senior AI Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading transformation engagements for AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Transformation Consultant will work remotely to identify workflow improvements, design AI-integrated processes, and measure outcomes while collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage transformation engagements, overseeing plans, workstreams, and client communications
• Conduct discovery through interviews and workshops to identify priority workflows and develop actionable plans
• Analyze data to capture baselines and prepare precise reporting on the effectiveness of implemented changes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or AI/enterprise technology delivery
• Proven ability to lead customer engagements within defined scopes and timelines
• Experience in assessing workflows and implementing technology-enabled changes
• Strong skills in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management across diverse groups
