To shape the future of autonomous driving, the full-time Senior Algorithm Engineer will develop comprehensive 3D world models by integrating map and perception data, collaborating with perception and planning teams to enhance navigation capabilities in complex environments, and ensuring the reliability of algorithms across varied conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop core autonomous driving features by merging perception DNNs and map data
- Build real-time 3D world models using sensor and external inputs for navigation
- Lead technology initiatives and mentor team members to solve challenging AV problems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in autonomous vehicles or robotics
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience
- Strong background in embedded or automotive software development
- Deep passion for robotics and autonomous vehicles
