Senior Alliances Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) program, the full-time Senior Alliances Enablement Specialist will coordinate engagements, maintain schedules, and ensure seamless transitions to Technical Solution Architects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established CIE procedures from opportunity identification through delivery and hand-off
• Coordinate the train-the-trainer enablement schedule across facilitators and technical teams
• Monitor program performance and report details to leadership, escalating risks or gaps as necessary

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience in program or partner enablement within Microsoft technology programs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) or comparable programs
• Experience coordinating programs involving multiple internal teams and external partners
• Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, documentation, and reporting cycles
• Experience collaborating with Technical Architects or delivery teams is an asset
