Job Summary
Supporting the development and enhancement of Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center applications, the hybrid Senior Amazon Connect Engineer will troubleshoot complex issues, implement enhancements, and ensure operational excellence in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center applications, ensuring high availability and operational excellence
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and cloud services while driving root cause analysis and permanent resolutions
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and other AWS services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, application support, or cloud engineering, with hands-on experience in AWS-based applications
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect / AWS CCaaS solutions, including contact flows, routing, and integrations
- Proficiency in Python and experience developing integrations using REST APIs and AWS SDKs
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3
- Experience providing L2/L3 production support in enterprise environments, including incident management and root cause analysis
