Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Managing and maintaining content across Point Online sites, the hybrid remote Senior Analyst will ensure content governance, improve content quality, and design business solutions using Microsoft tools while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content across Point Online sites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Design and develop business solutions using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate to enhance process efficiency
• Provide ongoing user support and training to improve adoption of Point and Power Platform solutions across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of experience in Point Online, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 solutions
• Strong experience with Point Online content management and administration
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted productivity tools
