Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Analyst, AFS Operations will manage utility service activations and deactivations, coordinate documentation with internal and external teams, and track monthly utility bills for a US NASDAQ company.
Key responsibilities
- Contact utility companies in the US to activate or shut off services
- Coordinate with teams to obtain necessary documentation for utility activations
- Track and pay monthly utility bills, including handling deposits and refunds
Required qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Flexible to work in rotational or night shifts
- 0-5 years of work experience; freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in Mortgage Services is desired
- Proficiency with MS Office applications is desired
