Senior Analyst, Client Insights
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Client Insights to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage data analysis to support sales, merchant retention, and product improvements for a leading AI-driven post-purchase solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the analytical bridge between Sales and merchants, translating data into business cases and pricing models
- Partner with Merchant Success to create analyses demonstrating ROI and supporting renewal conversations
- Interact with merchants to understand reporting needs and deliver a best-in-class analytics experience
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or as a Technical Account Manager
- Understanding of consumer brands and ecommerce metrics, with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and writing efficient code
- Familiarity with Snowflake and Tableau
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive business and product improvements
