Senior Analyst, Compensation Planning
Job Summary
Supporting the GTM Compensation & Planning team in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Analyst, Compensation Planning will manage commission calculations, sales strategy modeling, and insights generation to ensure accurate compensation for the sales organization while collaborating closely with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the accurate and timely calculation of monthly and quarterly commissions and quotas for all GTM channels
- Build and maintain analytical models to support compensation plan design and capacity planning efforts
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI in compensation calculations and enhance reporting systems
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or finance, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with large data sets
- Genuine interest in leveraging AI for automation in compensation processes
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of work accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with various teams
