Senior Analyst, Contracts
Job Summary
Managing chargeback cases and maintaining the contract management database, the full-time Senior Analyst, Contracts will reconcile supplier and customer chargeback submissions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database system
- Analyze and reconcile chargeback discrepancies while communicating with customers and suppliers
- Utilize dashboards for data comparison and maintain exception reports for pricing and membership analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Understanding of Contracts & Chargebacks is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power BI
- Expertise in SAP is desirable
