Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

Job Summary

Supporting growth and capital allocation decisions, the full-time Senior Analyst, Corporate Development will evaluate and execute high-impact acquisitions and investments while working remotely or in-person from the Manhattan office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of corporate development activities, including M&A and strategic investments
• Build and maintain a thesis-led pipeline of strategic options through market mapping and preliminary valuations
• Conduct financial modeling and due diligence to support transaction analysis and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting
• Hands-on involvement in M&A and investment transactions throughout the full deal cycle
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with a focus on model hygiene
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in fintech or payments
