Senior Analyst, DTC Analytics
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Analyst, DTC Analytics will deliver sales performance reporting, analyze contact center metrics, and develop actionable insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver standardized reporting for sales performance, including key performance indicators and variance analysis
- Analyze call drivers and customer engagement trends to identify operational bottlenecks and productivity opportunities
- Build and enhance dashboards for leadership, ensuring timely visibility into performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, business, finance, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in data analytics, sales analytics, or related fields, preferably in insurance or contact center environments
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and operational KPIs
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, along with advanced Excel skills
- Experience developing dashboards and recurring KPI reporting for leadership audiences
