Senior Analyst - Financial Services

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Analyst - Financial Services, the successful candidate will design and maintain predictive models for direct mail marketing campaigns, perform response analysis, and develop customer segmentation models, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain predictive models for campaign response rates and customer lifetime value
• Perform response analysis and ROI modeling to measure campaign effectiveness
• Create Tableau dashboards and automated reporting to track campaign metrics and KPIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in analytics or marketing analytics within financial services
• Direct experience with direct mail marketing analytics and campaign optimization
• Proficiency in SQL (Google BigQuery preferred) and Python
• Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression analysis and segmentation
