Job Summary
Owning key platforms and workflows within the go-to-market technology stack, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, GTM Systems will analyze business needs, design solutions, and ensure effective platform management to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather operational goals and requirements
- Own the configuration and administration of GTM platforms while managing vendor relationships
- Design and maintain connected workflows and automations that enhance platform integration and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations roles
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring GTM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience leading CRM requirements and solution design, with a strong understanding of data models and integrations
- Proven ability to gather requirements, write specifications, and lead user acceptance testing
