Senior Analyst, Partner Operations

Job Summary

Serving as the primary Pre-Buy contact for strategic partners, the full-time Senior Analyst, Partner Operations will manage partner relationships, oversee Pre-Buy program execution, and coordinate cross-functional operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for ServiceNow's largest GSI partners, handling deal structure, exceptions, and escalations
• Own end-to-end Pre-Buy execution, ensuring smooth project management and reporting for executive readouts
• Coordinate with various teams to maintain governance and clarity in Pre-Buy and LOI decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Strategy within global enterprise SaaS
• Direct experience with large GSI or strategic channel partners, understanding deal structures and budget allocations
• Strong program management skills, capable of running multi-stakeholder programs independently
• Experience with channel sales motions, including deal intake and pipeline forecasting
• Ability to influence across Finance, Legal, and other departments without direct authority
