Job Summary
To enhance pharmacy revenue integrity and organizational growth, the full-time Senior Analyst, Pharmacy Finance will conduct financial analyses, develop actionable insights, and collaborate with various departments to improve specialty pharmacy and health system pharmacy performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of financial analyses and performance review materials for health system pharmacy business reviews
- Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets and forecasts to identify variances and inform corrective actions
- Develop financial forecasts, budget models, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare finance, or related field
- Experience interpreting financial statements and performing budget-to-actual and variance analyses
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as QlikView, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred
