Job Summary
Focused on enhancing financial performance in pharmacy operations, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Pharmacy Finance will conduct financial analyses, support strategic decision-making, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue integrity and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of financial analyses and performance review materials for health system pharmacy business reviews
- Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets and forecasts to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and executive-level reporting to inform strategic decisions and improve margin performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare finance, or a related field
- Experience interpreting financial statements and performing budget-to-actual and variance analyses
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial findings to diverse audiences
