Senior Analyst, Plan Terminations

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of plan termination projects, the full-time Senior Analyst, Plan Terminations will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and accuracy in retirement plan terminations while working remotely from designated states in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee plan termination projects, interpreting plan documents and ensuring all necessary actions are completed
• Review and manage Exit Policy Forms to determine appropriate exit types and workflows
• Facilitate communication with clients and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure project completion

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration or related fields
• Expertise in 401(k) plan operations and the ability to interpret plan documents
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Relius and Salesforce administration systems preferred
