Senior Analyst, Planning & Forecasting
Job Summary
To support global customer care initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst, Planning & Forecasting will manage headcount and hiring strategies, utilizing advanced business intelligence and predictive modeling to enhance guest experiences and optimize costs, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Workforce Management calls with external partners to align on staffing strategies and performance metrics
- Develop optimized headcount and hiring plans that balance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate staffing adjustments to Partner Managers
Required qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in capacity planning or modeling
- Two (2) years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including statistical and predictive models
- High proficiency in SQL-based BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Alteryx, or Power BI
- Working knowledge of Python for script modification and understanding
- Expertise in communicating analytical findings to partners and executives
