Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance

Job Summary

Supporting the Optimize Transformation Project Management Office (PMO) for MedTech Quality, the full-time Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance will manage portfolio oversight, financial reporting, and governance while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Optimize Transformation portfolio baseline, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and documentation
• Monitor portfolio execution, resolve data quality gaps, and escalate material issues as necessary
• Develop dashboards and executive reviews to communicate portfolio progress, financial performance, and risks

Required qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, engineering, computer science, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry
• Experience in portfolio management and project governance within a matrixed organization
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and capital planning
• Proficiency with project management platforms and data visualization tools
