Senior Analyst, Sales Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing fintech company, the full-time Senior Analyst, Sales Operations will utilize data to identify process vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities while building and maintaining dashboards and reports in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain data sets, models, dashboards, and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
- Collaborate with business partners to identify key metrics and establish tracking methods for continuous improvement
- Provide actionable business recommendations through data analysis and present insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science
- Expertise in developing and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards, particularly in Hex and Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce process and flow development
- Ability to connect data insights to business impact
- Proficient in SQL and database design is a plus
