Senior Analyst, Shared Services

Job Summary

To support a growing multi-state collision repair network, the full-time Senior Analyst, Shared Services will provide advanced financial analysis and operational support for accounts receivable functions, focusing on reporting, payment trends, and process improvements in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute comprehensive accounts receivable reports, including aging and cash application activity
• Analyze payment trends and recovery opportunities to enhance financial performance and collections
• Research and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies while providing guidance to team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or accounts receivable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools preferred
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting
• Experience in industries involving third-party payers and complex receivable adjustments preferred
