Senior Analyst, Shared Services

Job Summary

Providing advanced financial analysis and operational support, the full-time Senior Analyst, Shared Services will manage accounts receivable functions, analyze complex receivable activity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute comprehensive accounts receivable reports, including aging and cash application activity
• Analyze carrier payment trends and write-offs to identify opportunities for improved collections and financial performance
• Research and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies while providing guidance to analysts and cash application specialists

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or accounts receivable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting
• Experience in industries involving third-party payers and complex receivable adjustments preferred
