Job Summary
Collaborating with stakeholders to shape data and analytical departmental roadmaps, the full-time Senior Analytics Business Partner will prioritize business needs, deliver analytical solutions, and serve as a liaison between business owners and data engineering teams in a flexible hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytical solutions with corporate strategies and departmental requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value business opportunities and clarify project requirements
- Manage the end-to-end Data & Analytics development backlog, ensuring successful delivery of solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in related roles, with 2+ years as a Product Owner, System Analyst, or similar
- Experience in the healthcare or healthcare technology industry
- Demonstrated expertise in the data and analytical life cycle
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools
