Job Summary
Collaborating with stakeholders to shape data and analytical departmental roadmaps, the full-time Senior Analytics Business Partner will define and prioritize value, align roadmaps, and deliver analytical solutions that meet critical business needs in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and data & analytics engineering teams to ensure alignment on analytical solutions
- Own the prioritization and reconciliation of the Data & Analytics development backlog, collaborating with engineering management and other stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value business opportunities and clarify requirements for data processes and efficiencies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in related roles, with at least 2 years as a Product Owner, System Analyst, or Business Analyst
- Demonstrated expertise in the data and analytical life cycle
- Experience working with manager levels and above to reconcile competing business priorities
- Familiarity with database and reporting technologies
