Senior Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
To support a healthcare analytics program, the contract-based Senior Analytics Consultant will lead analytics initiatives focused on claims analytics, payment integrity reporting, and regulatory compliance while working remotely with business and operational leaders to enhance reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs
- Lead development of Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions
- Analyze claims, provider, member, encounter, and policy data to identify trends and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of healthcare analytics, claims analytics, BI, or consulting experience
- Extensive experience working with U.S. health plan claims data
- Advanced Power BI development experience
- Strong SQL skills and data modelling experience
- Experience supporting payment integrity, recovery, or claims operations
